 Shipping, Return & Refund Policy 

At Meudema, your happiness is our top priority! We’re dedicated to delighting you with our products and making you feel truly special.

 Refund & Cancellation Policy 

We get that skincare is personal. If you need to return any unopened and unused full-priced items, we’ll be happy to offer a full refund as long as the products are returned to us within 7 days of delivery.

To make things easy, just reach out to us, and we’ll arrange a reverse pickup for most locations in India. If you receive any opened products, you can simply reject them at delivery.

Please note, we can’t offer exchanges or refunds on sale items, or on opened or used products. We’re also not responsible for any damage that happens after delivery.

Once we get your return, we’ll process your refund and let you know via SMS and email.

Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders. For cash on delivery (COD) orders, there’s a flat fee of INR 40, no matter the order value.

We ship from our warehouse in Mumbai, Maharashtra, with our fastest delivery partners. Please allow:

- Domestic Delivery : 7-14 business days

All deliveries require a signature upon receipt. If you haven’t opted for DND, you’ll receive an SMS. Meudema isn’t responsible for goods signed for by someone else or for any damage that occurs after delivery. Any issues with shortages or damage must be reported to customer service on the same day or the next business day.

 Return Policy 

We put a lot of effort into creating and perfecting each product to bring a little joy to your skincare routine. If you need to return something, here’s what to do:

1. Reach out to us at info@meudema.in within 7 days of delivery if you received the wrong or expired product(s).
2. You can also use the Chat option on our website to make a request.
3. Give us 2 working days to review your return request.
4. Once we receive the product(s), we’ll verify your claim and arrange a replacement or refund, depending on stock availability.

You can return products if:
- You received the wrong product
- The product is expired
- The product is damaged
